About the role
Coordinate livelihood programmes across three districts, managing donor reporting, community partnerships and field teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor programme activities against donor logframes
- Supervise field officers and community mobilisers
- Prepare narrative and financial reports for donors
- Represent the Foundation in district coordination meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Agriculture or related field
- 4+ years NGO programme experience in Uganda
- Strong M&E and donor reporting skills
- Willingness to travel to field districts
