By accessing or using Talvatrix you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Talvatrix is a job aggregation and career-tools platform. We index listings from public job APIs, RSS feeds and direct employer submissions, and provide salary calculators and AI-assisted career tools. We are not an employer, recruitment agency or party to any employment relationship.

• Provide accurate information in contact forms and job submissions.
• Use the platform lawfully — no scraping at scale, automated bulk downloads, reverse-engineering, or attempts to disrupt or overload our systems.
• Do not post discriminatory, fraudulent, misleading or unlawful job content, or content you lack the rights to publish.
• Do not submit another person's CV or personal data to our AI tools without their consent.
• You are responsible for verifying any employer before sharing personal data or paying any fee. Legitimate employers do not charge application fees.

Listings originate from third parties. We normalise titles, categories, locations and salaries for comparability, and estimate salary ranges where an employer publishes none — such estimates are clearly indicated and are indicative only.

We do not guarantee that any listing is current, accurate, complete or genuine, and roles may close or be withdrawn at any time. Attribution and links to the original source are preserved. If you are a rights holder or employer and want a listing corrected or removed, email support@talvatrix.com and we will act promptly.

Career advice, CV audits, ATS scores and generated resumes are produced by automated models. They may contain errors and are not professional, legal or financial advice. Review and edit all output before relying on it or sending it to an employer.

PAYE, NSSF and net-pay figures are provided for general guidance using published rate bands and may not reflect your individual circumstances or the latest statutory changes. Confirm with a qualified tax adviser or the relevant revenue authority.

By submitting a role you confirm you are authorised to advertise it and grant Talvatrix a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, format and distribute the listing. We may edit, decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

The Talvatrix name, design, code and compiled datasets are owned by us. Job content remains the property of its source. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use.

The platform displays third-party advertising and links to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, offers or practices.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talvatrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost opportunities, lost income, or losses arising from reliance on listings, salary data or AI output.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
