Privacy Policy

Talvatrix ("we", "us") operates an AI-powered job aggregation and career platform serving Uganda, East Africa and global remote markets. This policy explains what we collect when you use talvatrix.lovable.app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide. Contact form details (name, email, message), employer job submissions, and any CV or profile text you paste into our AI career tools.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction events, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Preferences stored on your device. Your display currency and light/dark theme choice are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.

To display and rank job listings, run search and filters, generate AI career advice, CV audits and resumes, respond to your enquiries, measure and improve site performance, serve advertising, and detect abuse or fraud.

Text you submit to our AI tools is transmitted to our AI model provider solely to generate your result. We do not sell your personal information.

We use three categories of cookies and local storage:

• Essential — required for the site to load, remember your session and keep it secure.
• Analytics — help us understand which pages and listings are useful, in aggregate.
• Advertising — set by our advertising partners to measure and personalise the ads shown to you.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.

Talvatrix displays third-party advertising. We use Google AdSense, and Google as a third-party vendor uses cookies to serve ads on this site.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of third-party vendor cookies more broadly at aboutads.info/choices.
• Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on this site and set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views, search terms and listing clicks in aggregate. Analytics data is used to improve relevance and performance, and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Listings are aggregated from public job APIs, RSS feeds and direct employer submissions. When you click "Apply", you leave Talvatrix for the employer's or source board's website, where their privacy policy applies.

We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months and aggregated analytics indefinitely. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls; no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@talvatrix.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Talvatrix is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be signalled by updating the "last updated" date above.
